G's Trivialities

I’ve always been fascinated by mycology, which is the study of fungi.  One of my first non-fiction books was the National Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Mushrooms, which I would take with me on my trips around town to help me identify any fungi I came across.  It actually helped a lot.

Well I only recently have been able to digitally photograph my finds, so below is a small gallery of some of the more interesting snapshots I have taken.  More examples can be found in my Flickr set here.

Realizing that my meager photo galleries aren’t all that impressive, I’ve also included a gallery (below) of more interesting photos, all taken by various photographers other than myself.
