Magical Places I Must Visit before I Expire: “Pamukkale”
Pammukale is a gorgeous natural tourist attraction in Turkey. It’s a bunch of ever-changing cascading pools formed by hot springs, which trickle down and re-deposit the limestone-based travertines. Essentially, this beautiful and alien-looking landscape is a constantly-evolving preciptation formed from a soup of soft calcium carbonate (AKA chalk, or antacids).
